#ASCOOPOFDIFFERENCE .

A SCOOP OF DIFFERENCE happened yesterday and it was a fundraising organised by my class to raise funds for St. Andrew's Autism Centre as part of ECH Week! So like for ECH week, every class had to do a project which like helps people in need, so like my class came up with a fundraising, and we looked for sponsors and stuff and then we chanced upon ISLAND CREAMERY ! They kindly sponsored us 160 scoops, and we also had sponsorship to buy more ice cream so we total got like 560 cups! At first the venue was at Atrium, but then like it was booked and we had to shift to Cat Cove :(

Nevertheless, we still managed to sell quite a lot, despite the poor location and the fact that a lot oof people have elearning this week. We advertised it on social media, getting our friends to share the word, publicizing on that day itself, going around the school to ask people to buy for a good cause!

So like towards the last two hours we really still had a lot left, so we went all out to get people to make any amount of donations to get the ice cream (and help us clear a bit), so like supposedly ending at 4, end up closing shop at 6.45 :/ There's like remaining 40 ice cream which Ms Claudia said she will sell them today.

Anyway like I had so much ice cream I feel like I will die from diabetes or something but we had 7 flavours - Apple Pie, Soursop Sorbet, Ping Pong Milo, Cookies&Cream, Nutella, Reverso, Fresh Banana, and I've tried them all a little except banana AND MY FAV IS APPLE PIE CAUSE LIKE IT REALLY TASTES LIKE IT. Like OMG goodness. Soursop is okay, I just don't really like the fruit soursop :x Cookies&Cream and Reverso were gooood like my 2nd fav, Reverso is like chocolate w cookies, and it's really chocolatey HAHA, Nutella doesn't taste like Nutella so it was kinda disappointing but it was like the first to get sold out tho LOL. Ping Pong Milo was like ok i guess, tastes like ovaltine than milo, and the 'ping pong' was actually like marshmallows so yeah, Haven't tried Banana but it should taste ok HAHA

THANK YOU to everybody who bought the ice cream for us - helping us to raise funds for St. Andres Autism Centre, thanks to Island Creamery and sponsors - for funding our fundraising to make this possible! Lastly, BIGGEST THANKS to the lovely T01 class who stayed and attended to the booth, we had worked hard!! Thanks for your help!! :)
