'Sister's Slam Dunk' is a show which sends a message of hope and encouragement to the viewers with the underlining message that everyone can make their dreams come true with a positive mindset and hard work put in. Each of the cast member have a dream which they want to fulfill and the other cast members would help them to achieve their dreams. Although it is a real-variety show, it was really nice to see each of the cast member achieving their dreams - from getting a bus license, to becoming a girl group and releasing a song which topped the charts, to spending quality time with parents and to producing a short film and building a house. Their dreams may seem simple, but it takes hard work and dedication to make these dreams come true. As a viewer, that part touched me the most. That is one of the main highlight of the show - capturing all the moments behind achieving the member's dreams and allowing us to feel like we are a part of it.
What makes this show another must watch is the dynamics of the cast member - all of them are funny in their own ways and with different personalities, they come together and it makes each and every episode really happening and interesting. Although it is a pity that halfway, Tiffany had to leave the cast due to external circumstances, it was nice to see the cast to continue to work towards their dreams.
Producers of the show said that they are preparing for a second season of the show with new cast members so I'm looking forward to it. Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching this season and it has also allowed me to have the mindset of working towards my dreams no matter how far it is. Slowly, step by step, one would eventually reach their dreams if they never stop dreaming.
