A SO WONDERFUL DAY WITH YOONA .

Finally back on this platform which I have somewhat seem to neglect a lot but I hope to keep this blog going now and then with updates in my life. Many things have happened for the past few months I have been gone from here but I shall take some time the next few days to slowly share the happenings in my life as this blog has been somewhat my online diary for a long time and I hope to continue that even when I grow older.

First of all!! I attended Yoona's fanmeeting in Singapore back on 28th September (yes I know this is a really long overdue post) but it was truly an experience I would never forget as there were many FIRST for me attending this event - it was the FIRST official GG fanmeet/concert I have attended, FIRST time going to a fanmeeting alone, FIRST time having such good seats (I was literally the 3rd row like OMG!!!!) and also FIRST time being part of a PINK OCEAN!



At the fanmeeting, it was a very intimate session with Yoona as there were games, chit chat sessions which made us closer and Yoona was really really kind and nice with all her comments and it was a heartwarming night for me as it led me to view Yoona in another way.

She also performed her solo songs "Deoksugung Stoneway Walkway", "When The Wind Blows" as well as "To You" which was my favourite part of the show. The fanmeeting felt short but I felt the sincerity from Yoona as she constantly thanked us SONEs for being her constant motivation and pillar of support all these years and it really made me felt closer to her.

As I went to the fanmeeting alone, I made a new SONE friend with the guy next to me, yes another fanboy - and he shared that he was a SONE from long ago but have not been keeping up with kpop or the girls activities for a long time and that when he heard that Yoona is coming for a fanmeeting, he decided to go and see and reminisce old times despite not knowing the songs that she has released as he said Yoona has been a role model and inspiration for him when he was younger so he wanted to support her and see how she has been doing. Hearing that, it has warmed my heart a little.

I feel like I have always said I'm thankful for the existence of GG and each and everyone of of the nine girls which has always inspired me a lot since my teenage years but the fanmeeting has made me thinking that the past few years as a SONE has all been worth it.

Still looking forward to see the full group in Singapore~ I feel like even if it takes years I will definitely go and support. Next up will be Taeyeon's concert next January so I'm looking forward to a full scale concert after how she has slayed and impressed us all during Hallyupopfest so SEE YOU SOON TAENGOO!
