DON'T GIVE UP YET .

I guess everyone will face setbacks in life every now and then but what's more important it to learn from it, move on and don't make the same mistake again. However, it is easier being said than doing it. It's hard to let down and put aside all the emotions and stress and it's even harder to not let it affect you.

It's hard to maintain a positive mindset but I believe that it will be possible if you try to make yourself engage in happier/carefree activities which will obviously bring your mood up. I mean like, when under stress, some people might vent their frustrations by throwing items or damaging stuff but tbh I don't really see the point ????? Like you are making the situation and your frustrations worse, especially if you do end up spoiling something, and then have to fix the mess you just created. There's definitely other healthier alternatives to releasing stress and it's up to you yourself if you want to change yourself. If you don't take the first step to help yourself, it will be hard, despite everyone else trying to support and spur you on.

Never let what other's think of you bring you down, although I have to agree that this is something quite hard to do, as you will always be affected by negative vibes by others, but after much thinking, we all know that people say whatever they want and we can't really control it. Just know that you have did your best and did the right thing then you don't really have to mind other's perspective.

Good things comes to those who wait, don't give up and everything will work out to be fine.
